1. ANB MORTGAGES (must be in ANB's lending trade areas in OK or Texas):
- Primary home, 2nd home, or rental home- purchase or refinance
- Online Application
- Printable Application (1 application is needed for each borrower. If borrower and co-borrower share assets & liabilities, i.e. husband and wife, the co-borrower may choose the "Additional Borrower Application" below, rather than the full Printable Application.)
- Additional Borrower Application (if applicable)
- Land only - This mortgage real estate application is interactive but may not be submitted online. Just complete, save, print, sign and deliver to any ANB location.
- Construction (non-commercial or commercial) - This mortgage real estate application is interactive but may not be submitted online. Just complete, save, print, sign and deliver to any ANB location.

- Minimum 620-640 score needed
- $95,000 minimum loan
- Fixed Rates Up to 30 years
- FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, Section 184, & Other Loan Programs
- Down Payment Assistance Programs Available for Oklahoma (primary residences only)
- Mobile Homes are Ineligible
